Understand
Understand the technology well enough to govern it: Data, models, generative AI, agents, agent-based systems.
Qualify
Transform a technology or use case into a legal issue: GDPR, AI Act, system classification, applicable obligations.
Govern
Translate rules into organizational structures, responsibilities, and controls: policies, registers, committees, human oversight.
Evaluate
Identify risks and ethical boundaries: "Can we do this?" is not the same as "Should we do this?"
Audit
Move from declared compliance to demonstrated compliance: architecture, data, models, agents, audit trails, monitoring.
Transform
Make AI a new tool for legal professionals and compliance: Legal AI, legal agents, compliance monitoring, Legal Operations.
