Understanding technology well enough to be able to manage it: Data, models, generative AI, agents, and agent-based systems.
Turning a technology or practice into a legal issue: GDPR, AI Act, classification of systems, applicable obligations.
Translate the rules into organizational structures, responsibilities, and controls: policies, records, committees, and human oversight.
Identifying risks and ethical boundaries: “Can we do this?” is not the same as “Should we do this?”
