Biography

Stéphanie RODRIGUES is a senior lecturer at aivancity and a consultant and trainer specialising in artificial intelligence. She has supported more than 500 executives, managers and entrepreneurs in the operational adoption of generative and agent-based AI, with an approach firmly rooted in practical experience and business realities.

Her conviction is that AI only creates sustainable value if it is developed in close alignment with the real constraints of organisations: business workflows, data security and supporting teams through change. It was to bridge the gap between training and operational implementation that she co-founded Bril IA, an organisation that designs and deploys bespoke AI systems for businesses, from strategy through to deployment.

This dual approach – combining hands-on experience with knowledge transfer – is her hallmark: starting with her clients’ concrete use cases, working with them to build sustainable, operational AI systems, and equipping them with the tools to evolve these systems as their business evolves.
