Biography

Jordan Tournois, Director of Campus Development in Nice, is a professor and an expert in management and development.

After holding management positions in the sports sector for more than ten years, he has been working in local government and institutional affairs since 2011.

He is the founder of a talent management and managerial transformation program.

He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Nice Côte d’Azur and has held academic positions at various business schools in France since 2021.

His research focuses primarily on talent management, managerial innovations, and human resources management.
