Target audience and overview

This programme is aimed at all professionals, whether they are managers, executives or specialists, regardless of their field – Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Logistics, Sales, Production, Customer Service, Research and Development, Quality, Procurement, Legal or Communications. It aims to provide a better understanding of the challenges posed by artificial intelligence and data for businesses, with a strong focus on practical issues and case studies.
It has almost become a cliché to talk about the growth of the artificial intelligence and data market, particularly with the emergence of generative AI, which adds an exciting new dimension to this constantly evolving landscape. Every two days, humanity produces as much information as it did from the dawn of civilisation up to 2003. More than 90 per cent of the data available today has been produced in the last two years. And this volume of digital information doubles every two years.
In France, the ‘Digital Mission for Major Groups’ launched by the government in 2020 to accelerate the digital transformation of businesses includes the initiative ‘Developing a common strategy on artificial intelligence’ amongst its five key priorities. This cannot be achieved without supporting managers in understanding the challenges relating to AI and big data.
This training course does not aim to turn everyone in the organisation into a ‘data scientist’ or ‘data analyst’, nor even into an expert in AI and machine learning. It aims to provide them with an in-depth overview of the field of AI. By introducing them to key concepts and practical applications, it enables them to better understand the implications of this emerging technology within their field of activity and to better guide their decision-making processes. This understanding of the landscape is essential so that they can first determine whether to integrate or accelerate an AI and data strategy into their strategic plans and, if so, where and how to proceed along this path.

Objectives

By the end of this training course, you will be able to:
  • Understand and identify the potential of artificial intelligence and the use of big data for your organisation, including the opportunities offered by generative AI, in order to identify the economic opportunities presented by the use of AI.
  • Analyse the impact of AI use on the organisation, taking into account the implications of generative AI, whilst understanding and anticipating the changes required in human and material resources to ensure successful implementation and the long-term viability of the proposed solutions.
  • Develop a data-driven business model for their organisation by defining the process for analysing and processing big data, with the aim of driving growth and adding value for the customer or user.
  • Implement an effective data management practice whilst taking into account security, protection and quality assurance aspects.
  • Identify the human and ethical considerations surrounding the use of AI and data, taking into account the regulatory framework and issues of algorithmic bias and robustness, in order to contribute to the development of trustworthy and responsible technological innovations.
