Social entrepreneur and creator of meaningful events
Fabrice Roszczka, a socially responsible entrepreneur and designer of meaningful events, draws on a unique career path that has taken him from his position as head of cultural and sports projects at the Paul Guinot association for the blind and visually impaired, during which time he won the French Cécifoot Cup with his team in 2000, to accompanying Trésor Makunda, the blind sprinter and future world champion and Paralympic gold medallist, as he took his first steps on the athletics track.

He then became the production director for the "Le Goût du Noir" project, the world's first restaurant in the dark, before co-founding the "Dans le Noir?" restaurants and overseeing the openings of numerous permanent and temporary locations (Paris, London, Barcelona, New York, Saint Petersburg, Warsaw, Geneva, Bangkok, Riyadh, Nairobi, Auckland...). He also worked with the teams at Futuroscope in Poitiers on the design of the attraction "Les Yeux Grands Fermés," a journey in the dark that combines visual, tactile, olfactory, and auditory elements. Initially intended as a temporary project, it has been running for over 10 years and is regularly voted among the park visitors’ favorite attractions. He also founded and led the events department of the Dans le Noir? Ethik Event group for over 15 years. An extraordinary human adventure, rich with countless encounters, successful creations, and unbridled social innovation.

Today, through Adelante Productions, he supports businesses and local governments in implementing social impact projects and creating meaningful events that explore themes such as embracing diversity, sensory experiences, and inclusive design. As the creator of numerous mobile experiential initiatives (Café Silence, Boite Noire, Arts et sens, and Challenge Handisports, among others), Fabrice draws on a network of exceptional talent and, together with his teams and partners, designs projects that leave a lasting impression and foster a new perspective on diversity.

Let’s move forward! Together, let’s move forward to better combat prejudice…
