⚠ Eligibility requirements for the work-study program

To be eligible for a work-study program, students must be citizens of the European Union or other international students  residing in France and demonstrating at least one year of initial higher education completed in France . Non-EU students who are beginning their studies in France will follow the initial degree program. Tuition fees will therefore be the student’s responsibility.

Your spot in the program is confirmed upon payment of a deposit at the time of registration.
This amount is included in the tuition.

These tuition fees are set for the academic year and cover all course-related costs, as well as a guarantee that the degree will remain current for five years from the date of graduation.

They do not cover study trips or international living expenses. Students may be eligible for bank loans negotiated at preferential rates through aivancity’s partners, which are repayable after a grace period.

aivancity covers the full cost of the^first year of tuition for students in the MSc Data Management work-study program who do not have a host company.

Recognizing the challenges students face when they are unable to find a host company for their work-study program, aivancity is taking concrete steps to ensure they can continue their academic journey.

Through its endowment fund, aivancity is therefore committed to fully covering the tuition costs of all students admitted to the first year of the work-study program who meet their academic obligations but are unable to find a host company. This scholarship will cover 100% of their tuition costs for their first year of study.
