Admission to the
Admissions are designed to be very open to a wide range of student profiles; the information below is provided for general guidance only—it establishes a general framework but does not claim to cover every specific case. Admissions are open to students who hold a general high school diploma, a vocational high school diploma, or any other international diploma recognized as equivalent by the school principal.
Admission to the aivancity Bachelor’s program is based on a program-specific entrance exam and is NOT part of the PARCOURSUP system. All applicants will take selection exams that assess not only their knowledge but also their skills and open-mindedness (particularly their awareness of ethical and responsibility issues).
Admission to our Bachelor of Science program is available through lateral entry (into the second year)

The application is evaluated based on a score that assesses the applicant’s background according to criteria such as academic excellence, a variety of community involvement, cultural openness, and so on.
This is a multiple-choice test structured around questions that combine verbal and numerical logic, designed to assess the candidate’s reasoning skills in the areas of logical calculation and communication.
This is a multiple-choice test consisting of 45 questions divided into three sections: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar. The required level is similar to that expected in the senior year of high school.
The multiple-choice test assesses the candidate's knowledge of general culture (economic and social current events, the arts, international culture, etc.) and digital literacy (digital technologies, computer science, the internet and the web, etc.)
Composition of the selection committee: two faculty members from the school, or one faculty member and one industry professional. The 30-minute interview allows the selection committee members—who have reviewed the applicant’s application materials—to get to know the candidate, assess how well their career plan aligns with the aivancity Bachelor’s program, and evaluate their openness and interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Admissions Process:
For applicants residing in France
The exam takes place at our offices over the course of one day: the written exams will be held in the morning, and the interview will take place in the afternoon. There is no preliminary screening phase; instead, your overall score is calculated based on the weighting assigned to each exam.
For applicants who do not reside in France
An admissions interview will be scheduled remotely. Our admissions office will contact you to set a date and explain how the interviews will proceed. Admission decisions will be made within one week, subject to verification of your current academic year and approval by the official admissions committee. Results will be sent to you by email and via the aivancity admissions platform.
