aivancity receives state recognition and visa for the Grande Ecole program.
aivancity, the Grande Ecole of Artificial Intelligence and Data, based in Paris-Cachan, is now recognized by the French government by ministerial decree dated February 24, 2023. It is also authorized to deliver a diploma approved by the French Ministry of Higher Education for its 5-year Grande Ecole Program, previously registered with the RNCP at level 7.
STATE RECOGNITION FOR A BOLD, INNOVATIVE AND COMMITTED APPROACH
aivancity, Paris-Cachan, whose first class has just graduated, is continuing its ascent with a leitmotiv: to make its courses accessible to as many learners as possible, while guaranteeing quality teaching, a key factor in employability.
Recognition by the State certifies that an institution makes a useful contribution to the public service of higher education. It is based on an assessment of the institution's performance, its training courses and its teaching and supervisory staff. The application was first submitted to an academic and then a national assessment, and received a favorable opinion from the Rector of Esri Île-de-France before being examined by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
AIVANCITY DELIVERS THE STATE-RECOGNIZED "BAC+5" DIPLOMA IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA SCIENCE
After receiving Qualiopi certification for its training offering in 2020, and obtaining RNCP 6 and 7 titles in 2021, aivancity is now positioned to deliver the first approved diploma in the field of AI and data. As a reminder, the State's visa is awarded in return for increased pedagogical control of the training and the appointment of admission and diploma juries.
The MESRI examined a number of important and decisive criteria in awarding this state recognition: the courses offered, the profile of the teachers, the quality of the equipment and premises, the organization of the establishment, the human resources, material and financial resources mobilized, and the research activities. Another direct consequence for future applicants to aivancity in the 1st year of the Grande Ecole Program: candidates can now apply to the school directly via Parcoursup.
This recognition by the French government and the visa for the Grande Ecole program are a major step forward for aivancity.
