aivancity, the leading AI and Data School, accelerates its growth and announces its expansion to Nice.
The first Artificial Intelligence school to be recognized by the French State in February 2023, whose Grande École program received accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, aivancity continues its development and has chosen Nice as the location for its first campus outside Greater Paris.
In January 2025, aivancity will welcome its first cohort of students in the Nice region. This aligns with the ambitions of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis to position AI at the heart of its territory. The Metropolis has successfully created essential ecosystems for the economic development of its region by attracting new academic players and fostering synergies between top-tier education, innovative businesses, and cutting-edge research.
Before settling permanently in a 2000 m² international campus within the metropolitan area, aivancity will temporarily be hosted on the IPAG Business School campus.
As part of its 2030 strategic plan, aivancity aims to expand its activities and strengthen its regional presence in southern France, while IPAG seeks to integrate AI expertise into its various programs. The two schools have thus established an institutional and strategic partnership, pooling their resources and local networks. Together, they are committed to developing joint educational programs, collaborative research, industrial partnerships, and international initiatives.
Starting in January 2025, aivancity will launch its certification program "AI & Data Science for Managers" in Nice, as well as the first year of its Master of Science (MSc) programs in "Data Engineering & Cloud Computing" and "Data Management." This will be followed in September 2025 by the opening of the first year of its Bachelor's program in "Applied AI," along with its renowned "AI Clinic" to support businesses in the region.
Located in the heart of Nice on Boulevard Carabacel, in the former Chamber of Trades building, the campus boasts a classified façade, two large auditoriums, a garden, a cafeteria, and two terraces. Upon its arrival in Nice, aivancity reaffirms its commitment to employability.

Placing great importance on both the employment opportunities for young graduates and their lifelong employability, aivancity, with the support of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, has organized an introductory AI conference and unveiled a first overview of job opportunities in the AI sector in the South Region – Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
