Why now
Artificial Intelligence is not simply adding another technology to the manager's toolkit.
It is changing the very foundations of business: how decisions are made, how knowledge is produced, how work is organized, how customers are served, how competitive advantage is built and how organizations create value.
Generative AI is augmenting human capabilities. Agentic AI is beginning to act, execute and collaborate. Data is becoming a strategic asset. Intelligence itself is becoming scalable.
The rules of business have changed.
Shouldn't the MBA change too?
The positioning
Artificial Intelligence is too important to be treated as another specialization.
This is not
You will not learn how to code algorithms. You will learn what AI can and cannot do, how it works, and how to make informed decisions about it.
AI can no longer be delegated to the IT department. It is becoming a CEO, board and executive committee responsibility.
AI is not an additional subject. It runs through strategy, operations, finance, marketing, people, governance and leadership.
Leaders must understand how these applications combine to transform the organization as a whole.
This is
Learn to lead organizations in which human and artificial intelligence increasingly work together.
Use Generative and Agentic AI yourself to think, analyze, decide, communicate and execute differently.
Move from isolated use cases to enterprise-wide AI strategy, investment, deployment and organizational redesign.
Learn to govern AI across ethics, regulation, sovereignty, geopolitics and human impact.
AI is not another subject to add to the MBA. It is changing the very nature of business, work, decision-making and leadership. We don't need to teach yesterday's MBA with tomorrow's tools. We need to reinvent the MBA for the AI Era.
You don't need to build the engine. You need to know where to take the organization.
This Executive MBA does not prepare you to build Artificial Intelligence. It prepares you to build the organizations that will thrive with it.

Beyond the core
01
5 days · Experience AI through the eyes of investors
Dubai becomes a living laboratory for exploring how AI is reshaping investment decisions and enterprise value. Through meetings with investment funds, business leaders, AI companies, advisors and ecosystem players, participants learn how to assess an organization's AI readiness, transformation potential, technological assets, risks and value-creation opportunities.
The week combines ecosystem immersion with an AI Readiness & Due Diligence Challenge, where participants assess a real organization through the lens of an investor or strategic advisor.
Why Dubai? Because the AI Era is also reshaping the geography of power.
Some futures are discussed in classrooms. Others are already being built.
02
30 hours online · Common foundations + personalized pathway
The online component combines a common advanced foundation with a personalized selection of Deep Dives reflecting each participant's role, industry and ambitions.
Topics may include Agentic AI, AI cybersecurity, AI regulation, AI-native business models, investment & due diligence, finance, marketing, HR or industry-specific transformations.
One common journey. Your own AI pathway.
03
A curriculum that refuses to become obsolete
The program is continuously reviewed and enriched to reflect major technological breakthroughs, emerging practices, new tools, regulatory developments and geopolitical shifts as they happen.
Each cohort begins with a “State of AI 20XX” session and concludes with “What Changed While We Were Here?”
Because an Executive MBA for the AI Era should not only teach change. It should experience it in real time.
04
Use it. Challenge it. Take responsibility for it.
AI is not treated as an exception or prohibited shortcut. Its use is expected throughout the Executive MBA. Participants learn to use AI to research, analyze, create, challenge and make decisions, while remaining responsible for verification, critical judgment and final outcomes.
The question is no longer “Did you use AI?” but “How intelligently and responsibly did you use it?”

Admissions
We do not ask candidates to hide their use of AI. We ask them to use it, challenge it and show us what remains uniquely human.
Human
Present your journey: experience, responsibilities, achievements, transitions and impact. Not only the positions you have held, but what you have actually accomplished and changed.
AI-generated
Tell an AI who you are, why you are considering this Executive MBA and what you expect from it. Ask it to articulate your motivation. Submit the final version together with the prompt or prompts used: how you prompt is part of your application.
Critical thinking
Answer three questions: what did the AI understand particularly well? What did it misunderstand, simplify or miss? After challenging its response, what makes this Executive MBA the right next step for you?
Just you
No lengthy admission interview. Introduce yourself in a two-minute video. Tell us who you are, what has shaped you as a leader and what you could bring to the cohort. No AI-generated avatar. No synthetic voice. Just you.
