A highlight of this year’s event is the inclusion of mini hackathons as part of the program.
Designed to provide a hands-on immersion in the professional world, these challenges allowed students to apply their skills to real-world problems presented by partner companies.
Divided into teams of 4 to 6, they worked on cases presented by Alttrust, Amzil AI, and Alliance Experts, drawing on their analytical, creative, and collaborative skills.
From understanding the need to designing a solution, every step demonstrated their ability to address concrete challenges in a systematic and effective manner.
The afternoon was devoted to presentations.
The students pitched their projects to company representatives in a challenging exercise that required clarity, conviction, and teamwork.
A key moment that demonstrates their ability to manage a project from start to finish, from concept to final presentation.
Alongside the hackathons, several companies—including SNCF, My Parisian Life, and MERSEN—conducted one-on-one interviews on campus, fostering meaningful and personalized conversations.
DGAC and BNP Paribas also participated remotely, playing a full part in making the day a success.
The participating companies praise the quality of the discussions, the relevance of the candidates’ profiles, and the students’ ability to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Beyond recruitment, this edition of the job fair fully embodies the aivancity educational philosophy: learning by doing, exposing students to real-world situations, and developing skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
An immersive and engaging experience that allows students to challenge themselves, gain visibility, and build their professional network in a demanding and stimulating environment.
