Yan-Elyès Baili is a doctoral student in private law, specializing in artificial intelligence and banking and financial compliance. He works as a regulatory consultant, assisting companies with their compliance efforts. He is also an affiliated researcher at the CNRS (in the "Internet, AI, and Society" group).
His work focuses on banking and financial regulation, AI system governance, algorithmic accountability, and technology law. He contributes to the France AI Hub’s discussions on the implementation of the AI Act.
