Biography

Stéphanie RODRIGUES is a senior lecturer at aivancity and a consultant and trainer in artificial intelligence. She has helped more than 500 executives, managers, and entrepreneurs implement generative and agent-based AI in their operations, using an approach firmly grounded in practical experience and business realities.

Her belief is that AI creates lasting value only if it is built with a close focus on the real-world constraints of organizations: business workflows, data security, and support for teams navigating change. To bridge the gap between training and operational implementation, she co-founded Bril IA, a company that designs and deploys custom AI systems for businesses, from strategy through to deployment.

This dual approach—combining hands-on experience with knowledge transfer—is his hallmark: starting with his clients’ real-world use cases, working with them to build sustainable, operational AI systems, and equipping them with the tools to adapt these systems as their businesses evolve.
