Aivancity, the leading AI and data school, accelerates its growth and announces its expansion to Nice

In January 2025, aivancity will welcome its first class of students to the Nice area. This initiative aligns with the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area’s goal of establishing AI as a central focus across the Côte d’Azur region. The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis has successfully created the ecosystems essential to the region’s economic development by attracting new academic partners and fostering synergies between top-tier educational programs, innovative companies, and cutting-edge research.

Before moving permanently to a 2,000-square-meter international campus in the metropolitan area, it is currently housed on the IPAG Business School campus.

As part of its 2030 strategic plan, aivancity aims to expand its operations and strengthen its regional presence in the south of France, while IPAG seeks to develop its students’ AI skills across its various programs. The two schools have therefore joined forces and established an institutional and strategic partnership, notably by pooling their resources and local networks. They are committed to developing joint training programs, collaborative research initiatives, industrial partnerships, and joint international projects.

Starting in January 2025, aivancity will launch its certification program “AI & Data Science for Managers” in Nice, as part of the first year of its Master of Science (MSc) programs in “Data Engineering & Cloud Computing” and “Data Management,” followed, in the fall of 2025, by the launch of the first year of its Bachelor’s program in “Applied AI,” not to mention its renowned “AI Clinic,” which serves local businesses.

Located in the heart of Nice on Boulevard Carabacel, on the site of the former Chamber of Trades, the campus—whose façade is a designated historic landmark—features two large lecture halls, a garden, a cafeteria, and two terraces.

aivancity has demonstrated its commitment to employability since its arrival in Nice.

Recognizing the importance of helping recent graduates enter the workforce and enhancing their employability throughout their careers, aivancity, with the support of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area, organized an introductory conference on AI and unveiled an initial overview of job opportunities in the AI sector in the Sud – Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
