PROJECT TO PROMOTE AND INTEGRATE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES WITHIN FRENCH INDUSTRIAL SECTORS
- Adopt’IA is a comprehensive initiative designed to support the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) by French companies in order to accelerate the deployment of AI across the economy.
- It primarily targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market companies that are not AI specialists, the majority of which do not use this technology, despite its undeniable potential.
- It will help solidify aivancity’s position and ambitions in the field of trustworthy and responsible AI. This project will have a significant impact on fostering an AI culture within companies and among young people.
SUPPORTING THE ADOPTION OF TRUST-AND-RESPONSIBILITY-BASED AI TECHNOLOGIES IN BUSINESSES AND AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AND JOB SEEKERS
Adopt’IA builds on the OPIIEC’s 2019 assessment, which recommends developing hybrid training and awareness programs, and training managers on use cases for the adoption of digital technologies in priority sectors.
The project is a comprehensive five-year (trans)formation initiative consisting of three components:
- Identification of responsible AI and data use cases (the most common and those with the greatest impact on business performance), leading to the production of approximately 100 short videos to raise awareness of the technology’s potential and its adoption in the strategies of target companies
- Development of 10 MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), validated by aivancity’s unique certification registered with France Compétence’s specialized registry: Integrating artificial intelligence into corporate strategy
- Disseminating this content to a broad and diverse audience via the school’s platform, aivancityX, which provides open and free access to everyone and enables a dynamic analysis of its impact
The project’s primary target audience consists of executives and middle managers at French SMEs and mid-sized companies in four sectors identified by OPIIEC: financial services, Industry 4.0, retail, and business services.
The initiative will also target internal and external trainees, college and high school students, and job seekers. They will benefit from awareness-raising activities, interaction with employers, and the project’s career guidance potential, which is enhanced by the analyses made possible through engagement with target companies. A significant analytical effort will be launched during the dissemination phase (real-time data collection, surveys, cross-sectional studies) and then integrated into a dedicated program, the aivancity Observatory of Responsible AI Practices. These results will be shared at the conclusion of the project to disseminate a three-phase methodology for AI deployment:Awareness, (Trans)Training, and Adaptation
