• Data Science: Autonomous Data Design

    Etienne Mauffret, a faculty member and researcher at aivancity and the Parallel Computing Laboratory at ENS Lyon, is working on the ANR-funded SkyData research project. This project brings together several universities and researchers to integrate AI into data management in order to create autonomous data.

    In this system, each piece of data is associated with an autonomous entity, called an SKD, capable of making decisions and learning from its environment.

    The project aims to ensure data sovereignty and limit its use for commercial purposes.
