Which human skills will need to evolve? And how can we establish a legal and ethical framework for this automated system of unprecedented scale?
\n\n\n\nIt all began in 2012, when Amazon acquired the startup Kiva Systems, which specializes in mobile warehouse robots¹. This technology already allowed shelves to come to the operator, rather than the other way around.
