A neuroimaging study finds that trust in humans and trust in artificial intelligence are unrelated

According to new research published in Personality Neuroscience, people who trust humans do not necessarily tend to trust products that use artificial intelligence (such as Siri or robots). The study also found no evidence that trust in humans and trust in AI involve the same parts of the brain.
